These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services ARRF Health Tours (“we”, “us”) provides. By using the website or asking us to review your case, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

We are a medical travel facilitator. We route your reports to a suitable specialist, put the treatment plan and estimate in writing, and coordinate the practical side of your trip.

We are not a hospital and we do not provide medical treatment. Diagnosis, treatment decisions and clinical care are the responsibility of the hospital and the doctor treating you.

The articles, guides and cost information on this website are general information to help you plan. They are not a diagnosis or a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor who has examined you. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Our case review, doctor and hospital recommendation, and coordination support are free to you. You pay the hospital directly for the treatment you choose to go ahead with.

Prices shown on this website are indicative ranges to help you plan. They are not quotations. Your actual cost is confirmed in writing after your reports have been reviewed, and the estimate sets out what is included and what is not.

A surgeon may revise the plan after examining you in person or repeating tests. If that changes the cost or the length of your stay, you will be told before anything proceeds.

There is no obligation to travel. You can use our specialist’s opinion purely as a second opinion. We recommend the doctor we think is the best fit for your case, and you can choose a different doctor from our panel.

• Share reports and medical history that are accurate and complete, as your plan and estimate depend on them.
• Hold a valid passport and the visa you need. We guide you through the Indian medical visa process, but the decision to grant a visa rests with the Government of India.
• Tell us promptly about anything that changes your plans.

The hospitals and doctors listed on this website are independent. Doctor profiles are taken from the hospitals’ own published profiles. A doctor’s availability or hospital can change, and we will tell you if that affects your case.

We work to keep this website accurate, but information can go out of date. The text, design and logo belong to ARRF Health Tours. Doctor photographs and hospital images belong to the hospitals that published them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update these terms from time to time; the date on this page shows when they were last revised.
