Who we are
This policy explains how ARRF Health Tours (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal information when you use arrfhealth.com or contact us. We are based at First Floor, 2/17, Sarai Jullena, New Delhi 110025, India. We help international patients plan treatment with hospitals and specialists in India.
Because people often share details about their health with us, we treat everything you send as confidential and use it only for the reasons set out below.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website (the free case review, the quote form or the contact form), we collect your name, phone number, email address, the treatment you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
When you message, email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to send, which usually includes your medical reports, scans and history. This website has no file upload: reports reach us only by WhatsApp or email.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and we do not set cookies. We do not store anything in your browser.
How we use it
- To review your case and reply with a treatment plan, a recommended doctor and hospital, and a cost estimate.
- To coordinate your treatment and travel once you decide to go ahead, including medical visa documentation.
- To stay in touch after you return home, so you can raise follow-up questions with your treating team.
- To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed to it. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We use your information only with your consent, which you give when you send it to us for these purposes. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for any purpose you have not asked for.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry and any reports you send only for as long as we need them to help you with your treatment and follow-up, or as long as the law requires us to, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Keeping it safe
Information you submit through this website travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Inside our team, your reports are seen only by the people coordinating your case. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please share only what is needed for your case review.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and who we have shared it with;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, once it is no longer needed for your treatment;
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent at any time.
To do any of these, email hello@arrfhealth.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it, though we may no longer be able to help with your case.
Children
If the patient is under 18, the enquiry should be made by a parent or legal guardian, who gives consent on the child’s behalf.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question or a complaint about how we handle your information, contact our Grievance Officer at hello@arrfhealth.com, or call +91 98714 48099. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the way we handle information changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
