About Dr. Aditya Gupta

Dr. Aditya Gupta is one of India’s leading neurosurgeons and a globally recognized expert in brain tumour surgery, stereotactic radiosurgery, and advanced functional neurosurgery. As the Chairperson of Neurosurgery & CNS Radiosurgery and Co-Chief of the CyberKnife Centre at Artemis Hospitals, he has over three decades of experience in treating highly complex neurological disorders using cutting-edge surgical technologies.

An alumnus of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, Dr. Gupta was Associate Professor of neurosurgery at AIIMS before co-founding the Institute of Neurosciences at Medanta. He subsequently joined Artemis Hospitals to establish one of India’s most advanced neurosurgical and CyberKnife programs.

Dr. Gupta has successfully performed more than 10,000 brain tumour surgeries and over 6,000 radiosurgery procedures, making him one of the country’s most experienced specialists in Gamma Knife, CyberKnife, and LINAC-based radiosurgery. His expertise extends across minimally invasive brain and spine surgery, functional neurosurgery, skull base surgery, cerebrovascular surgery, and advanced image-guided microsurgery.
