Airport to Hospital: What Happens on Arrival

1. Arrival at the airport

When you land in India (Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore), you will disembark, proceed to immigration, show your medical visa, collect your luggage and exit through the arrival gate.

2. Meet-and-assist by our team

As soon as you exit the arrival gate, you will see an ARRF Health Tours representative holding a placard with your name. They will greet you, assist with luggage, provide water/snacks and escort you to your vehicle — especially helpful for elderly, cardiac and solo patients.

3. Transport to hospital or hotel

4. Hospital admission process

• Taken directly to the International Patient Lounge
• Case manager completes registration
• Passport verified

5. Meeting your doctor

Within a few hours you meet your treating doctor, who reviews your reports, explains the treatment plan, answers questions and schedules surgery or procedures.

6. Pre-treatment tests

7. Admission to your room

Private, deluxe or suite rooms include AC, TV, WiFi, an attendant bed and an attached bathroom.
